How do I pay for my order?
Check out and pay
Check the Order summary, choose how to pay, then press the pay button once. Your order is placed only when you see the confirmation screen.
Orders that aren't paid by your school's ordering deadline are cancelled automatically. If an order in your cart is for today, pay now.
Pay for your order
Open your cart cart icon and press the Checkout button.
Check the Order summary: each order, its date and price. Any school fee is listed here too.
Have a coupon? Press Add coupon code, enter the code and press the Apply Coupon button before you pay.
Under Payment, choose your credit balance or a card.
Press the pay button once, then wait. Don't refresh the page or go back while your bank checks the card.
Paying with your credit balance
If your credit balance covers the whole total, choose Pay With Credit Balance and press the Pay With Credit Balance button.
If it covers only part of the total, pay by card and turn on Use Credit Balance. The credit is used first and the card pays the rest. See how your credit balance works.
Paying by card
- A saved card: press the saved card button (it shows your card type and last digits).
- A new card: enter the card details, then press the pay button. Tick Save Card Details if you want to use this card again next time.
Your bank may ask you to confirm the payment in its own window or app. Finish that step without closing the page.
How to know it worked
You see Thank you! and your orders move to Paid status in Orders. You also get a confirmation email. See how to know your order went through.
If this happens
“Payment Not Confirmed” appeared
Don't pay again. We couldn't confirm the result with your bank. Check Orders in a few minutes. If the order still shows Submitted status, contact Food Service and we'll check whether the payment went through. See Payment not confirmed.
My card was declined
Nothing was charged. Check the card details and try again, or use another card. See payment declined.
An order disappeared from my cart
Unpaid orders are cancelled automatically at the ordering deadline. Place a new order if there's still time. See ordering deadline.
