How do I use a coupon?
Use a coupon code
At checkout, press Add coupon code, type the code and press the Apply Coupon button. The discount shows in the total before you pay.
Apply a coupon
At checkout, press Add coupon code.
Type the code exactly as given.
Press the Apply Coupon button. You'll see “Coupon Code Applied”.
Check the new total, then pay.
Only one coupon can be used at a time.
If this happens
“Invalid coupon code”
Check the spelling, including any numbers.
“This coupon has expired” or “is not currently valid”
The coupon only works between certain dates. Contact Food Service if you think it should work.
“This coupon requires a minimum spend”
Add more to your order until the total reaches the amount shown.
“This coupon is not valid for your school”
The coupon is for another school.
“You already have a different coupon applied”
Only one coupon can be used. Sign out and back in to clear it, then apply the one you want.
