How to know your order went through
If you see Thank you! after paying, your order is placed. It also shows Paid status in Orders.
Check your order
On the Thank you! screen, press View Orders.
Find the order and check it shows Paid status.
For the payment itself, press View Payments.
From the Thank you! screen you can also press New Order or Add Credit.
If this happens
I didn't see Thank you!
Check Orders. If the order still shows Submitted status, see Payment not confirmed.
