Can I move an order to another day?
Change the date of an order
Yes. Open the order, choose the new date under Update Order Date or Cancel Order, and press the Update button. You aren't charged again.
Change it before the cutoff
On the day of the order, you can't change it after Food Service's cutoff time. The message shows the time.
Change the date
Open the menu menu icon and choose Orders.
Open the order.
Under Order Delivery Date, pick the new date.
Press the Update button.
If this happens
“One or more items are not available on the new date”
Something on the order isn't offered that day. Choose another day, or cancel and place a new order.
“The order cannot be changed as the cutoff time has passed”
It's too late to change today's order. Contact Food Service.
“The order has been completed/cancelled, and cannot be updated”
Completed and cancelled orders can't be changed. Place a new order instead.
