How do I finish an order?
Check your order and add it to the cart
Check the order under Confirm Order, press Next Step and confirm. The order goes into your cart. It isn't placed until you pay.
Pay before the deadline
Orders left unpaid in the cart are cancelled at the ordering deadline.
Confirm the order
Under Confirm Order, check the student, date and items.
To change something, press Previous Step.
Press Next Step, read the message and confirm.
After it's added
You see “Order added to Cart”. Then either:
- press Proceed To Checkout to pay now, or
- press Start New Order to add another order and pay for them all together.
If this happens
“There are no items on your order”
Go back with Previous Step and add at least one item.
I want to throw this order away
Press Cancel Order. The unfinished order is deleted.
