What is my credit balance?
Understand your credit balance
Your credit balance is money held for you to spend on orders. It goes up when you add credit or when a paid order is cancelled, and goes down when you pay with credit.
Your balance is shown as Credit Balance $… in Your Account.
Credit Orders
Credit Orders lists credit you've bought, with the date, value and status. A credit order that isn't paid yet can be cancelled there.
If this happens
My refund isn't there
Refunds are only made for paid orders you cancel. Check the order's history in Orders, then contact Food Service.
