How do I top up my credit?
Add credit to your balance
Choose Add Credit, enter the amount, then pay for it at checkout like an order. Your balance goes up once it's paid.
Add credit
Open Your Account and press Credit Balance $… at the top of the list. You can also press Add Credit on the Thank you! screen after paying.
Enter the Credit Value.
Save it. The credit order goes into your cart.
Open your cart cart icon, press the Checkout button and pay by card.
How to know it worked
After paying, the new balance shows under Credit Orders. See your credit balance.
If this happens
“You have a credit order that is awaiting payment”
You've already added credit that isn't paid yet. Pay for it from your cart, or cancel it under Credit Orders.
I want to cancel a credit order
You can cancel it under Credit Orders until it's paid. After that, contact Food Service.
