I forgot my password. What do I do?
Reset a forgotten password
Press Forgot password? on the sign-in page, and we'll email you a reset code. Enter the code and choose a new password. Do the whole reset on the same device.
Get a reset code
On the sign-in page, press Forgot password?.
Enter your email address and press Reset your password.
Check your email (and junk folder) for the reset code.
Choose a new password
Enter the reset code.
Enter your new password under Choose new password.
Press Confirm password change. You'll see “Your password has been updated”.
If this happens
“The email address is missing”
Start again on the same device and browser you used to request the code.
“The reset code is missing” or the code doesn't work
Request a new code and use the newest email.
