Why am I asked to complete my profile?
Finish setting up your details
Some required details are missing from your account. Fill them in under Complete Your Profile and press Submit Details. Then you can carry on.
Complete your profile
Enter your first name, last name and phone number.
Press Submit Details.
If you haven't chosen an school yet, you'll be asked for that too. See add or switch your school.
