School Lunch Orders Online

How Do I Set Up My Account?

Click Here to create an account. Once created and logged in, go to the Students section of your account and set up the students that you will be ordering for.

How Do I Cancel My Order?

You will need to find your order from the Orders section of Your Account and on the details page, click cancel, PRIOR to the order cut-off time.

How Do I Place A School Lunch Order?

You must first be registered. Once you have logged in with your account details, simply click on the Start New Order link from the menu.

Once you are ready, proceed to the checkout where you can pay for the order using pre-loaded credit or your credit card.

How Do I Pay?

During checkout you will have the option to process your order via credit card or you can add credit to your account and process orders by drawing down on your credit.

How Do I Add Credit To My Account?

You can add credit to your account by adding a new Credit Order from Your Account, and then proceeding to the checkout to pay. Please note when adding credit you must first process the top-up transaction and then place a separate order for your child's lunch. You can process a credit order and lunch order at the same time. If you have any issues adding credit to your account please contact us!

Every meal is handcrafted daily in our West Perth kitchen using fresh, locally sourced ingredients. No shortcuts, no preservatives—just real, great-tasting food.

How Is Your Packaging Handled?

We’re committed to sustainability! Sandwiches come in paper wrap, lunches are packed in recyclable brown paper bags, and any plastic we use is 100% BPA-free. We’re also transitioning toward fully compostable packaging.

Do You Provide Utensils?

Yes! Any meal that requires cutlery—like yogurt cups or noodle dishes—comes with the appropriate utensil. Just a heads-up: we don’t include napkins.

How Do You Keep the Food Fresh in Transit?

We use high-quality Commercial Food Grade Transport Go Boxes, which maintain safe temperatures for over four hours. That said, we prepare meals as close to delivery time as possible to keep them extra fresh.

How Are Lunches Handed Out?

For smooth distribution, we recommend assigning a staff member or student rep to oversee lunch handouts. We always include a detailed order list to make this process hassle-free.

Are There Allergen-Free Options?

We offer ‘Low Gluten’ and ‘Low Dairy’ options, but since our kitchen handles gluten and dairy, we can’t guarantee there won’t be trace amounts. Please keep this in mind when ordering.

How Can I Update My Classroom Details?

Updating classroom details is easy! Just go to Your Account > Students > More Info on the relevant student, make your changes, and save.
